However, economic constraints force me to use an aging Packard Bell that belongs to someone else. Even if they would let me change their operating system (which they wouldn't), this machine could barely handle a minimal installation. It's frustrating to be denied access to information based on your economic status--not quite in the spirit of the internet, I would say.
